Rushed this fella. About 2 days on and off, and it was pretty damn hard. I miscalculated the number of frames it would take to fit the background with the sprite(They were animated separately), so you might spot a small glitch in the anim. Any hoo, great practice for animating I must say...

Apparently, I wasn't following the rules, primarily the 16 color limitation. Mine previously had 19. However, I've stripped it down to 16 now, though it's hard to see which I got rid of. FAIR IS FAIR....
